Terms of Service
By accessing or using the services provided by Pacific Zin Landscaping (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who wish to access or use our landscaping, hardscaping, and related services.
2. Services Provided
Pacific Zin provides professional landscaping, tree work, venting, concrete walls, and general property maintenance services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate written estimate, proposal, or contract provided to the client.
- All materials used will be of standard or premium quality unless otherwise specified.
- We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater value if specified materials become unavailable.
3. Payment & Quotes
Quotes provided by Pacific Zin are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required before work commences on any major project. Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the agreed-upon work.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if special materials have already been ordered for your specific project.
- Note on Cancellations
Weather-related delays or cancellations initiated by Pacific Zin will not incur any penalties to
the client. We will reschedule at the earliest mutually agreeable time.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
